My first ever publication is my NatRevMaterials piece about the #DisabledInSTEM Mentorship Program nature.com/articles/s4157… and it truly feels like a huge accomplishment to be recognized for all of my work towards inclusion in STEM!
I see so many #DisabledInSTEM individuals forced to leave STEM.
It’s not on the individual when there’s widespread institutional ableism that prevents our success.
