We were blessed to be able to watch a division 1 scrimmage last week. After a collision at the rim and the teams going in transition the other direction, my son looked at us,

The same is true in relationships. Your loved ones will make mistakes. Give them the opportunity to redeem!

While you are developing your players, resist the temptation to short cut the development process by playing junk defenses.

Zone defenses have their place in basketball, but relying on them too early for success denies the players an opportunity to grow and learn.
