2-1-1 ('event-driven') PrEP worked well in IPERGAY and PREVENIR studies, where adherence to the strategy was excellent. This experience in West African MSM in Clinical Infectious Diseases raises questions about 2-1-1 effectiveness outside of prospective studies. doi.org/10.1093/cid/ci…

Low-level HBV viremia in PLWH switched to LAI CAB/RPV with HBVcAb (+) and HBVsAg (-).
Guidance is unclear but some experts would ensure these patients are immune to HBV and if they EVER had sAg positive, would not switch to CAB/RPV. #IDWeek2022
