If this sounds interesting to you and you happen to look for a new position, with Felix J. Hartmann we are hiring an interinstitutional postdoc to work with us in Heidelberg on capturing and exploring higher order tissue organization from highly multiplexed omics data.
If you are interested in neighborhood analysis to identify the clinical relevance of higher order tissue organization in the tumor microenvironment from spatial multiplexed omics data Jovan Tanevski and Felix J. Hartmann are recruiting an interinstitutional Health + Life Science Alliance Heidelberg Mannheim postdoc
🔬 Join Hickey Lab @ Duke! 🌟Exciting opportunity (start 01/2024) for a lab technician in spatialomics. Seeking a proactive individual passionate about contributing to BME & SysBio. Apply: academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/26040 🚀Repost if you know a good fit! #ScienceJobs #DukeUniversity 🧪✨
Exciting morning session at #CytoData2023 starting with Leeat Keren 's amazing talk on combinatorial multiplexing (thanks for joining remotely despite the awful circumstances!)
We sticked to tissue images with Jovan Tanevski and explored cell phenotyping with Juan C. Caicedo
At the DKTK retreat, my talented lab mate @SvenTruxa gave a presentation introducing MIBI (multiplexed ion beam imaging) and the projects in the Felix J. Hartmann group using single-cell metabolic profiling to understand tumor microenvironment. Nice presentation! Congrats!
Our new Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) study examining how the maternal fetal interface is established in human pregnancy is out! Big effort led by Inna Averbukh, Erin Soon , Shirley_Greenbaum. So proud of the beautiful study they completed!
