Students in @purduefoodsci demonstrated their creativity this week when they made a deconstructed #Thanksgiving meal, complete with pressure-fried turkey, cranberry foam and freeze-dried pumpkin pie dessert in the FEMI at Purdue lab!

This week’s student spotlight is FEMI’s Technical Leads, Matthew Kittaka. Matthew is a senior who focuses on retort studies, product development, and fermentation.
