Step into the narrative of Ella Crowell, a central figure in the life and art of her uncle, American artist Thomas Eakins. Taking as a starting point a newly discovered Eakins sketch of Ella from the mid-1890s, Portrayed by Eakins sheds new light on her lived experiences.
