As the Court failed to summon the sole prosecution witness, #HomayounSabetara 's hearing was postponed to September. Having already waited 576 days for his appeal hearing, he has to spend 5 more months waiting in prison.

Solange nicht alle frei sind, ist niemand frei! freehomayoun Prozess wurde auf Ende September verschoben, weil das Gericht nicht den einzigen Zeugen vorladen konnte. Jetzt muss Homayoun weitere 5 Monate im Gefängnis verbringen.
Das ist strukturelle Gewalt im Justizsystem!
