I can’t imagine fURS without bendable access sheath (ClearPetra for about 1 year) and 3D CT with reconstruction of the stone (from more than 7 years) with volume mesurement! So, we can offer to the patient correct preoperative evaluation and completely “stone-free”!

Part 1.
25 demonstrative operations in the last week.
Unique and/or multiple stones.
The larger diameter of the stone between 1,6 and 3,7 cm.
fURS Pusen 7.5 F with suction system = DISS
2 types of Access Sheath with suction - FANS (bendable AS)

Part 2.

Complete real stone-free in 24/25 cases (1 case with previewed stage fURS)

I like, from already some months, especially Access Sheaths with suction (we used 3 such types - so called DAT) but especially after Tm laser disintegration, DISS! Concerning our experience, in some cases the combination DAT + DISS gave us REAL COMPLETE STONE-FREE!
