Delighted to teach this semester at Georgetown University to graduate students Georgetown MSFS with a course on international diplomatic negotiation. Nice to be back in DC where I served as a senior diplomat at the end of the 1990s!

Brilliant exposé about EU-NATO and autonomic strategy. Good interaction with my students. We both have the passion of sharing our knowledge of diplomacy 🇧🇪🇺🇸
