Long Covid, apart from all the other horrible things, is a process of ongoing grief. How does one get used to endlessly grieving one's own life?

And also very useful for those with Long Covid who fit ME/CFS criteria (ie fatigue/PEM, pain).

I’m somewhere between moderate (during a good week) and severe (the rest of the time).

This really is fantastic work.

It’s the building blocks being laid down that will ultimately help us understand the mechanisms at play for each of these phenotypes/pathologies/symptom drivers (and from that comes successful diagnosis via tests and treatment design).

Per Buer 🌈 Shaney Wright My bet: viral persistence present in many both w & w/o LC. Difference is those with previous atopy/orthostatic intolerance/connective tissue disorder more likely to have the aberrant immune / NS response which triggers metabolic madness (ie fatigue/PEM) & other LC symptoms.
