Two males seen on board this stolen vehicle without helmets near Buile Hill Park Salford.
Made off from our #GMPMotorcycleUnit officers. A pursuit followed, with assistance from NPAS the vehicle was seized and the rider arrested.

Vehicle pursuits are unfortunately a dangerous staple of a traffic officers work, hence strict & robust processes in place to manage them, coupled with very intensive training. This perpetrator drove dangerously trying to evade officers yesterday. Caught & rightfully incarcerated

#CVU with assistance from #GMPMotorcycleUnit escorted this AB load out of Bolton this morn. Had to go opposing for a time, so big thanks to the public for their patience. Before you ask, no couldn't go at night, due to logistics nationwide. Done safely with little disruption.

The cloned Citroen Berlingo was picked up on the M61 following #ANPR by our motorway patrol. A joint effort with #TVIU Cheshire Police Roads and Crime Unit NPAS North West Region the vehicle was successfully stopped on the M62 J11 #TPAC the driver found to have no licence or insurance #teamwork North West Motorway Police

At 3:30pm this afternoon we were called to reports of concern for welfare of a woman. Her injuries are believed to be serious.

Emergency services are in attendance. Traffic has been stopped in both directions between J27 and J1 on the M60 for the safety of those at the scene.

This Lexus was stopped by a patrol yesterday in Pendleton. Driver provided a breath test of 153. Limit is 35. In custody he failed to provide a further sample & was kept in the cells until he was sober which was 17 HOURS later! Charged Fail to Provide/No Licence/No Insurance
