We are thrilled to announce the opening of grounded. in Hall Green, Birmingham! 🌿

grounded. Hall Green is a community focussed wellbeing hub offering a safe, accessible and non-intimidating place to visit to discuss options for mental health support as well as attend wellbeing workshops and community events, all of which aim to improve mental wellbeing.

Our well-being hub in Selly Oak is open We have a range of t-shirts and hoodies for sale in support of the amazing work it does. 100% of all Sales goes towards employing extra therapists (not just 100% of profit but 100% of sale.! )
