I wanted to make a smart remark about how things haven't changed since I left but there's no point.
Until Irish Medical Organisation get themselves in gear properly there'll be no meaningful change and more and more doctors like myself will give up on the profession.
Just over a year ago a 16 year old died after lying in ED in UCHL for over 10 hours of no active management.
HSE had 1 consultant and 3 NCHDs trying to care for over 250 acute cases
Quit virtue signalling and fix your HR issues folks 🙄😔
