I received an email from the research team in SERA Early Career Researchers Network network. As an ECR from an minoritised ethnic group in U.K. academia, my time with University of Stirling have taught me to #BeTheDifference , every voice counts, plant seeds and they will grow, EDI can be achieved.

In 2023, I read a book 📖 金榜题名之后：大学生出路分化之谜 by 郑雅君Zheng Yajun. Her book tells why undergraduates in 🇨🇳 elite uni went divergent paths after exam success in Gaokao.

This May, Yajun invites me to be a guest mentor in her 公众号. I will share my stories on 18 May
