We wisten al dat promovendi kwetsbaar zijn - dit rapport bevestigt opnieuw dat de sociale veiligheid van promovendi nr. 1 prioriteit moet zijn binnen de wetenschap. Wij zetten actief in op het verbeteren van de positie van promovendi: minder hiërarchie en meer gelijkwaardigheid.

De universiteit is nu aan zet. Onderwijsinstellingen zijn verantwoordelijk voor een veilige leer- en werkomgeving waarin iedereen zich thuis voelt en zich kan ontplooien. De integrale aanpak sociale veiligheid die ik vorig jaar presenteerde heeft nu nog meer urgentie.
