Feeling a huge sense of gratitude that I was able to join 3DadsWalking at the mid-way point of their 'A Walk for Hope' 2024. I met so many incredible people who all share suicide loss in common including the amazing Emma webb (without Miles the horse) & Karen Sykes 💙

Still smiling with 7 miles to go. Getting closer to #Leeds now but the 3DadsWalking need to see more people on the streets-come on Leeds, these guys are doing this for all of us to avoid more deaths by #suicide .

We need to be more aware and sensitive to creating potential contagion and a ripple effect when reporting or commenting about suicide. This is not about being preachy, it's about education and the potential harm caused if we're not aware.
