Gah!!! Exhibit A on why Central Park birding is so special: Black-billed Cuckoos are rare for NYC. They are secretive birds & can be difficult to spot. This one stayed for over an hour in one tree offering extraordinary views while it devoured Spotted Lanternflies. 😃
