Consequences are reserved for BAME background doctors

Everyone else welcome to do illegal acts and in fact encouraged to.

Isn’t this is a probity issue into Massey and GMC Colin?

They have known for a very long time about PAs substituting/replacing Doctors.

The people responsible for this need to step down and they need to frankly face investigation and should be suspended till that’s over.

As prof says - these are jobs doctors should be in, not PAs.

This is not safe for patients and it means patients are facing worse outcomes

After the NHS Practitioner Health defunding debacle, Partha S Kar 🇮🇳🇬🇧🏏🎥 nails it in The BMJ 👏

Those in Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England & GMC who like to dismiss or, worse, try to silence doctors raising concerns on social media really, REALLY need to start listening.

I agree with Prof here, other than that the leadership in NHS England Workforce, Training and Education having lost control.

This is ABSOLUTELY what they wanted to execute, as puppets of Department of Health and Social Care, Jeremy Hunt et al.

Why?

1) Two tier healthcare system
2) NHS patients to get PAs/ACPs/ANPs, pay private to see

They’re trolling us again

The propaganda is in full flow

‘Essential criteria: nothing needed’

‘iNcLuSiOn & dIfFeReNcE’

Hello.

First, let me see how glad I am for the first time to see the GMC actually engage in our concerns,

You are of course acknowledging that there was or is an ambition for external powers to use PAs in replacement of doctors. Questions for you:

1) have you risk assessed

We’ve been clear in our recent communications that we will regulate doctors, PAs and AAs as three distinct professions.

But the latter two are not professions A two year unaccredited course does not equate to a profession
When the GMC came into existence- what was its purpose?

Dr Sandeep Bansal Smashing to hear that 3 years of nurse training has resulted in me being…

✅ less confident

✅ inflexible

✅ unable to deviate from protocol (wtf does that even mean, and wtf would the NMC have to say about that)

✅ unintegrated with MDT

😅😅😴

One of the main sources referenced in this document is a 2009 'Evaluation of Physician Assistants, Final Report to NHS Scotland'

Following the report being given to NHS Scotland, it appears the paper was published in 2011

Let's have a look

Why do we choose to have a commercial real estate portfolio of $71 mil AUM vs $140 mil in residential real estate?

This is wholly possible, but it's not about AUM numbers. Lets go into the numbers and some rationale a bit more.

I have attached a little table to help you see

Getting asked by Medscape UK to talk about one’s career wasn’t quite in the list of things when one set out 25 years ago

Thank you

Even if one person has had their lives changed or inspired by the work along the way?

It’s been a wonderful time x

This story has inspired us to help doctors across the country to negotiate for each and every extra-contractual shift. Head to doctor-ratecard.co.uk to find out how. Enough is enough. 🧵

Dr Sandeep Bansal Who wrote this 💩? More confidence than a nurse? More willing to think outside of protocols? Nurses are drilled to know their boundaries. It is not confidence that makes them check with the doc, it is protocol to protect patients and the nurses own registration.

The article states 'in the USA, 25% of PAs work in family practice, but in our study, we found PAs were less able to carve out a distinctive role in the general practice, compared with the other settings.'
Why were PAs employed in the GP setting then?
