We’ve been clear in our recent communications that we will regulate doctors, PAs and AAs as three distinct professions.

But the latter two are not professions A two year unaccredited course does not equate to a profession

Dr Sandeep Bansal Who wrote this 💩? More confidence than a nurse? More willing to think outside of protocols? Nurses are drilled to know their boundaries. It is not confidence that makes them check with the doc, it is protocol to protect patients and the nurses own registration.

Why were PAs employed in the GP setting then?
