When working with educators we always consider what does the evidence tell us and the students about their current conceptual understanding, what does it mean for them and us and what are next steps.

Continuous assessment is focussed on the learner as a partner in the assessment process. We assess with learners, they have opportunites to to self/peer assess throughout the learning. It has been great to delve into this with Andrea Muller as we finish our first book draft.

An excellent and much needed read. Thank you Guy Claxton. 'To trash these innovations through dogmatism, cherry-picked research, and ignorance is sheer vandalism.'

For anyone wanting to build their repertoire of strategies. There are some nice ideas here for not only the language classroom, as some of them can be transferred to any subject area.

The outdoors offers limitless potential to young children. It becomes a place where they can go to relax their mind, to be inspired & to deep dive into the world of imagination. It's a place where they can design, create & explore. The possibilities are endless. ~ M. McMillan
