It's just INSANE that we subsidise a private industry that makes billions by uploading PDFs of articles

(written for free by underpaid researchers who are financed by public universities which in turn have to buy back the right to read these articles from those same companies)

A really nice paper from Stuart Turnbull-Dugarte showing little support for a cordon sanitaire in Spain.

Would be cool to see this study replicated in contexts where the far-right is more ostracized (e.g. Germany) and where the far-right is even more mainstreamed (e.g. Switzerland).

Apologies for the many typos -- but this is monumental. The Court seems to have spelled out a clear way forward for climate cases -- and confirmed that climate change is very much an ECHR issue. Now to read the judgments!
