Calum and the wonderful colorectal CNS team are at the Macmillan Pod this afternoon to talk about #bowelcancerawarenessmonth Chorley & Royal Preston Anne Tomlinson Macmillan Cancer Support

Tuesday from 1pm at our RPH Pod, the CNS colorectal team , the bowel screening service and Calum from our team, will all be spreading awareness of #bowel cancer for #bowel cancerawarenessmonth.

Michelle attended an information session Sahara Project Ltd today. The main talk was given by CNS Karen on breast cancer awareness, self examination, signs and symptoms. It opened up some great discussions from the group. Chorley & Royal Preston

Our next radiotherapy open day is on the 20th April. If you have been referred for radiotherapy or considering radiotherapy as a treatment option please ring to book on for a visit.

Our macmillan team and Urology CNS Team@lthtr had a lovely time today, they attended the James Hall health and wellbeing event for their staff. It was great opportunity to raise awareness , the importance of early detection of cancer, signs and symptoms, screening and offer support.

April is #bowelcancerawarenessmonth , we are raising awareness about early diagnosis.

Last night our team and Andrea from Bowel Screening Service, attended a Men's Health Event Windrush Initiatives
we discussed Bowel cancer, signs and symptom, bowel screening, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. It opened up some great discussions and questions from the group.
