Today I covered junior doctors on strike. I am happy to do so. They need #fullpayrestoration £20 an hour isn't an unreasonable request. They are the engine of the NHS. If we lose them we cant just replace them. Consultant covering a JD is not like4like. Almost broke me. 🥹
