Of course, if the NHL moves, I expect an expansion team back in Arizona within a decade. A market the NHL DESPERATELY wants and if an owner can get an arena built - locked in - NHL will be back in short order.

Might see a lot of 45 jerseys around Mosaic this season.

Some of them will still be McCullough jerseys of course.

Are you not entertained!!!!????

Kucherov now at 96 assists. McDavid at 99. No one has had 100 in over 30 years.

Matthews chasing 70 goals (now at 66)

Ovechkin only player to have 18 30 goal seasons

Crosby joins Gretzky as only players to have 19 seasons of a point per game.

I last talking to Jim Hopson three weeks ago. Before we said our goodbyes, he piped up… ‘do you still have the jacket!!’

It was shortly after he came public about his diagnosis that I found this draped on my chair at the office with a note.

Yeah, Jim, I still have it.

He was courageous in his battle.

He was courteous with his time.

He helped the Riders become a flagship franchise and always gave credit to his team.

Personally he’s always been a giant of a man, great to deal with, even when he was my principal 40 years ago. RIP, Jim.

Quick political thought: Will anyone govern in the middle ever again? It seems compromise and diplomacy are long gone.
