Ok Twitter world- what am I doing wrong. I have some 2450+ followers, yet out of two recent tweets I got ONE reply. It's discouraging and feels like a one sided relationship.

Sometimes in the medical field your gut tells you something about a patient but your heart really wishes you are wrong. You get attached to patients and everything else in the world seems trivial. 😥
