I had an incredible experience attending the MGM Workshop at Joint Genome Institute this past week. Huge thanks to the instructors and organizers for putting together such an informative and engaging workshop. The hands-on training on the IMG/M platform and analysis workflows was top-notch. 🙏
ICYMI We worked with Clark University researchers to sequence of 24 new Lentinula mushroom genomes and assemble genomes from 60 existing sequences — adding insight to how fungi break down lignin in plants.
