Here are a couple of screenshots from Hansard search with hits showing multiple times the UCP boasting about funding low-income transit programs. It's entirely in their jurisdiction.

Alongside with my hard working colleagues, I had to opportunity to listen Albertans in Calgary and Lethbridge yesterday and today.

They all agree that the CPP is not broken, hence there is nothing to fix there.

Defunding and transit subsidy programs is cruel. We are in an affordability crisis, and folks who use this program need it badly.
To prioritize a 15 year rail study over low income Albertans using public transit is the opposite of what is needed.

Monique Wilson 🌷 Glenda⚛️🔥 Jodi Calahoo Stonehouse I am hoping that she might appeal to some people who haven't been voting regularly. Her approach isn't like any I remember from previous politicians. I'm hoping people who haven't heard their views spoken by others before will identify with her.

Mari - Blocks bots and abusive behavior. 🌻🤔🌈 Glenda⚛️🔥 Jodi Calahoo Stonehouse I am lucky enough to have Jodi as my MLA and she has been excellent. I wrote her a message today to congratulate her on the debate and she responded saying that she will continue to work hard regardless of the outcome of the race. I was very glad to hear that.

UCP MLAs have a habit of patting themselves on the back with one hand while yanking away crucial supports with the other.

The UCP cutting public transit funding for low-income folks a month after citing it as a way they’re helping them is, unfortunately, unsurprising.

We were informed today that the Government of Alberta is discontinuing funding their portion of the Low Income Transit Pass program in Edmonton and Calgary.

Each month, this program is accessed by over 25,000 low-income Edmontonians, Students, and Seniors who require public

The ER in Grimshaw is operating on reduced hours due to a shortage of Registered Nurses.

According to the AHS website, 28 hospitals across Alberta are currently reporting temporary service disruptions and closures, most due to staff shortages.

City councillors are not appointees, they are elected representatives and electorates deserve respect.

Bill 20 overrules electorates, consolidates power in cabinet, it diminishes power of the voters, undermines democracy and erodes public accountability.

I short, BAD IDEA!

Kim warnke Jodi Calahoo Stonehouse I agree. She delivers her message on the importance of water that wouldn't offend the most ardent anti-climate change people. She's very articulate.

Ontario has joined BC in offering wildland firefighters presumptive coverage for cancer.

How much longer will our brave wildland firefighters have to wait for fair coverage from this government?

I saw some skills in making a solid point with an opponent that I assume will grow over the debates. And her policy and position on leadership is appealing. I think potentially she hits both policy and “beat Dani” requirements. TBD.

Last year, the UCP government asked Albertans about having political parties involved in local government.

The survey happened from November 7 to December 6. Guess what? More than 70% of the folks who answered didn't like the idea!
