Secrecy around #ElectoralBonds continues- SOP reg sale & redemption of bonds denied by SBI under RTI. SOP wud reveal if SBI had to note alphanumeric code in EB transactions or was it done illegally to track bonds. Finance Ministry had stated code could not be used to track bonds.

So, who was instructing SBI to record the secret alphanumeric code while selling& redeeming #ElectoralBonds which could track transactions when Finance Ministry is clearly stating that SBI was not noting code? Was SBI sharing this data with anyone? SBI's role needs investigation.
