Neat paper! You hear speculation that long term wage effects (eg from TN Star) despite test score fadeout occur because persistent effects for social emotional -- seems maybe not!

Folks may not like districts’ COVID reopening decisions, but what “parents” wanted (which parents?), what “science” said (science is always incomplete, interpreted), and what is “just” are a matter of values and debate. There was no one best response.
