Jets volleyball celebrated Sophomore Night Wednesday, honoring, from left, Kate Gorney, Brynn Harmon and Kenadee Tompkins – local players from Onsted, Jonesville and Columbia Central high schools, respectively. It was also 'Pink Out' night, supporting breast cancer research.

Jets volleyball fell to St. Clair Wednesday, 3-1. Kate Gorney finished with 9 kills and 10 digs, Kenadee Tompkins added 24 assists, and Allie Jarchow recorded 7 blocks at the net for JC. Jaden Bates had 11 digs, Brynn Harmon tallied 4 kills, and Alivia Smith led with 14 digs.

Jets volleyball won their opener Wednesday over Siena Heights JV, 3-0. Jaden Bates was high scorer with 9.5 points and 28 total attempts, followed by Kate Gorney with 8.5 points and 20 total attempts. Kenadee Tompkins and Brynn Harmon scored 7, and Jadyn Richardson scored 5.
