Really good point by Chris Ko of United Way of L.A. at that “communities which are more excluded are more used to co-operating”.

We definitely see a lot of this Coalfields Regeneration Trust in the former coalfields with our amazing community spirit.

Great panel discussion in the Grow Your Own session at - really agree with the sentiment from Gail about the biggest barrier to community wealth building in the public sector is in attitudes not the law.

Interesting hearing about the high costs of housing in cities on the - big contrast with former coalfield areas where some former pit areas have rows of empty houses.

Building community wealth and growing former coalfields can boost them and reduce the heat on cities

Really good point by Bev Craig about how changing discussions around economic growth need to also link into improving life opportunities.

This is something we’re working to do Coalfields Regeneration Trust in our former coalfield communities.

Really looking forward to attending this event on behalf of Coalfields Regeneration Trust with the great team Local Trust

The pride and potential of coalfield neighbourhoods is as strong as it always has been - but they need the support to realise their ambitions.

Responses like this don’t help - TPE Customer Assist - you haven’t given me any concrete or useful information and are basically saying “sort it yourself”. Very poor.

Shockingly bad service from Premier Inn - myself and five colleagues booked into Premier Inn Albert Dock for work next week.

Rooms have been reserved for almost a year! We’ve been moved last minute to another hotel almost TEN miles away!

No compensation. Incredibly poor!
