This Easter break, prisons enrolled in our 'Share a Story' are bringing families closer through the power of a book. Parents and their children choose books to read together or two copies of a same title for video-call storytime. These books bridge the gap - a gift of connection.

We get through rather a lot of boxes, and so it was a treat to be shown around Schumacher Packaging in Birmingham this week & see every stage of their creation - from cardboard created from three steam bonded sheets of paper, to intricate die cut & print & precision folding.

We've a lot of thank yous post World Book Day. So many schools UK wide went above & beyond to collect & donate books that pupils had grown out of.

We are so excited at our new partnership with Asda. From 1st-21st April families can drop their pre-loved books in our donation trolley in ten Asda stores across Yorkshire & the West Midlands.

It's easy to donate and your books will be gifted across your local community.

Our partner schools are incredible! We give them beautiful books & the resources to put on a gifting event. They then use their pupil knowledge to put on a book party with the greatest possible impact. Galleywall Primary put on a book bistro in each classroom during Book Week!

Thanks to a thefelixproject connection we were thrilled to gift 600 B Books baby board books to parents with under 1s across Greenwich & Woolwich. Home-start Greenwich runs rhyme time sessions across its 7 centres as part of a raft of emotional & practical support for families.
