Shelina Janmohamed Years ago I did some employee research for a big company who wanted to know why so many women left mid-career. We uncovered lots of stuff about flexibility and having kids. But also ended up with a recommendation 'stop having work nights out at lap dancing clubs'.

'Excessive alcohol consumption during work socials and client events caused exclusion and harassment. It is a contributing factor in multiple incidents of sexism, racism and unwanted sexualised behaviour.'

Finally coming out of the covid cloud. Having that weird thing where you don’t think your voice sounds like you. But i definitely still have the signature end of covid sleepiness. Can barely stay awake during the day.
