Impossible to overstate the importance of this win. Please spread the word. Anduril is proving that with the right team and business model, a seven-year-old company can go toe-to-toe with players that have been around for 70+.

The real winner? The United States of America.

Almost every single deep tech founder I talk to credits Elon and SpaceX for helping them realize, 'Oh, you can just go build really hard things.'

I think Anduril will have a similar impact. 'Oh, you can just compete head-on with really big incumbents and win.'

1) taxing unrealized gains is dumb, impractical, & unfair. Premature taxes can ruin lives (e.g. you owe 25% tax on your business' 2023 value, then it implodes in 2024).

2) amusingly, this'd make VC funding more attractive b/c it's easier to fiddle w/VC-backed company valuations.
