We’ve got some cracking young players at the club and the average age of the footballing award winners this year was only 20, but the voting for the young player of the year was absolutely unanimous and the award went to Lachlan Best (Sponsored by Hello Fit ) 👏

The 1st team top scorer award went to Billy Bould (Sponsored by D Turner Flat Pack Furniture Assembly).

Despite making a massive step up the leagues to join Bamber Bridge FC half-way through the season Billy’s early season tally was enough to take home the award.

The 1st team managers player of the year award went to serial award winner Josh Bould (sponsored by D Turner Flat Pack Furniture Assembly).

The award was collected by his dad and club stalwart Glenn as Josh decided to go to a Blue gig instead (sorry Josh 🤣)

The reserve teams’ managers player of the year went to Tom Kelsey who has had an excellent year and stepped up to the 1st team towards the end of the season where he certainly hasn’t looked out of place.

Not only did Oliver Heywood win the £350 prize from the footy card but he also picked up the reserve team top scorer award and the reserve team players player of the year.

Safe to say that’s a pretty good night (and not a bad for his first year at the club) 👏

Next Tuesday14th May, we will finally get to play the delayed Cup Final for the Fylde Coast Charity Cup Final!

Raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support the game will be at Thornton Cleveleys FC 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱, 𝗙𝗬𝟱 𝟰𝗝𝗛
