3/n in journey times between Hull and Leeds (10 minutes isn’t going to make a huge difference). Hull to Manchester journey time massively improved though so positive. No mention of connecting LeedsBradfordAirport to the rail network which seems odd. Personally I’m happy with these plans

2/n and 7th largest to the network is long overdue and very welcome. A mass transit system for Leeds, the largest city in Europe without a mass transit system also overdue and welcome. I’m not as convinced by plans to massively expand capacity Leeds to Sheffield or the reduction
