New phrase for today “hedonic tone” - Hedonic tone is the trait underlying one's characteristic ability to feel pleasure. Low hedonic tone represents a reduced capacity to experience pleasure, thus increasing the likelihood of experiencing anhedonia.

Obviously need to end the double standard of endless blood monitoring of clozapine which inhibits its use. Classic example of risk management mindset missing the point and creating more harm and mortality by inhibiting use of this special medication
