During our G7 foreign ministers meeting, I had the chance to connect with a few of my counterparts Mélanie Joly Stéphane Séjourné 上川 陽子　KAMIKAWA Yoko @abaerbock. At this pivotal moment for the world, we are working hand-in-hand with our partners to address the most pressing challenges.

L’équipe d’Affaires mondiales Canada m'a informée des explosions survenues cette nuit en Iran. Nous suivons la situation de près. Nous aborderons la question avec les ministres des affaires étrangères lors de la session du G7 ce matin en Italie.

I have been briefed by Global Affairs Canada officials about the overnight explosions in Iran. We are monitoring the situation closely. We will address the situation with the Foreign Ministers at the G7 session this morning in Italy.

Au G7, Secretary Antony Blinken et moi avons discuté de questions liées aux enjeux de sécurité dans le monde et comment coordonner nos réponses. Parmi celles-ci figurent la guerre en Ukraine, la sécurité régionale préoccupante au Moyen-Orient, et les tensions dans la région indo-pacifique.

At the G7, Secretary Antony Blinken and I had the opportunity to discuss a range of global security issues and coordinate on responses.  That includes the war in Ukraine, the preoccupying regional security in the Middle East and tensions in the Indo-Pacific.
