Just to give an update. I still feel weak and due to constant coughing I lost my voice. Got some extra medicine today so I will be taking more days to fully recover. It's been at least 2 years since last time I felt this terrible lol

With the help of my goat elias I've been able to reach 1000fps in Valorant DM and 600+ in CS2 with no stutters (maybe its time to play valorant??)
