I know we have drowning prevention weeks etc but people drown when the sun is out. It's not brain science.
My thoughts as always go out to this young man's family & friends. My heart hurts
Did you know that one person drowns in the UK every twenty hours?
Doesn't sound a lot right; WRONG! It's the equivalent to four hundred drownings every year in the UK!
What can you do to reduce this number!

Dylan was young, fit, healthy, a good swimmer, clever & strong.
He had his whole future to live. He was just 13 years young
On a hot summers day in July 2011 he decided to go swimming in open water with friends. Dylan never made it home that night 😭😭 #Doingitfordylan
