Had Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) been accountable with the 1 billion emergency funds allocated during the Elnino Rains to undertake the recommended repairs of the parts cut off earlier, this incident could have been avoided.

Garissa people are seemingly not Kenyans. IEDs,abduction,floods,drought…nothing.

KIPCHUMBA MURKOMEN, E.G.H we also lost lives in Garissa after a boat capsized. The road eventually turned into a river that’s why they were on a boat. The same road you promised to fix last year. If that was done we would not have had this unfortunate event. This happened 24 hours ago Mr Cs!
