More importantly Kemi Badenoch , today you were on the news telling everyone that Rwanda was safe. Because people holiday there. And go on their “Gap Yah” there. Probably not to the same places the government is sending refugees….
This is outrageous! Footage shows the UK government, today, refusing to say what it did wrong after infecting people with HIV.
Infected Blood Inquiry chairman, Sir Brian Langstaff, tries his best to get an answer, but still they refuse 😤
Congratulations to all the new silks including Neil Davy and Emma Sutton KC Emma Sutton at Serjeants' Inn - hopefully an even happier Christmas now 🎉😊
On the shoulders of giants…. A privilege to be at #ChambersUKBarAwards to see Sir Robert Francis collect a much deserved life time award. Humbling to hear his acceptance speech. #Ukraine #RuleofLaw #serjeantsinn
Couldn't resist it.

“Let’s just hope it goes ok and doesn’t play nasty with me” No 1 of the Things you don’t want to hear from Tech Support when they’re updating your email address 🙄. #HowHardCanItBe
Michael Mylonas KC joins Joshua Rozenberg on #LawInAction to discuss transparency in the Court of Protection after calls for new guidance to be issued on closed hearings. Click here to listen to the full programme on BBC Sounds: bbc.in/3Nn6572
Good to speak with Joshua Rozenberg on #LawinAction and clarify the Court’s approach to transparency with Celia Kitzinger & thanks to Barbara Rich for the intro & reminder that not so long ago lunacy was statutory language. @bbcsounds @bbc M. Eso Serjeants' Inn
Celia this is a different case altogether. P was excluded but - crucially - she was represented by the Official Solicitor who instructed Jake Rylatt to attend. A properly “closed” hearing is where there’s no representation at all for a person not attending. Now that’s rare…
Mary Aspinall-Miles Joshua Rozenberg Barbara Rich If you missed it, it will shortly be available on BBC iPlayer - and it includes Michael Mylonas KC too!
Raises concerns about 'closed' hearings in the Court of Protection and their effect on transparency.
