अब तक कवर नहीं की गई पंचायतों/गाँवों में नई बहुउद्देशीय PACS/डेयरी/मत्स्य सहकारी समितियाँ गठित की जा रही हैं। जिसके अंतर्गत, विभिन्न योजनाओं को प्राथमिक सहकारी समितियों के स्तर पर केंद्रीकृत किया जाएगाl
