Our meta-analysis published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM) last year showed that exercise performed during cancer treatment can reduce the number of days spent in hospital.

🚨New paper🚨with accompanying The Sydney Morning Herald article below

Our meta-anlysis, published in British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM) found people who exercised🚶‍♂️🚴during cancer treatment:

▶️had nearly🔟% lower risk of being admitted to hospital
▶️spent 1⃣.4⃣ less days in hospital
