Mukiza Robert I remember visiting her factory probably 5-6 years ago in Kireka (or Kira?). She had outgrown the place. It was filled with tanks and production was booming. Great that she found her permanent home!

We are currently in the process of revising the investment code with the aim of streamlining investment procedures, safeguarding investor interests & implementing stringent measures to deter & penalize any intermediaries or middlemen engaging in illicit activities.

During today's Baraza at Namanve Industrial Park, I emphasised to investors the importance of refraining from paying for Free services within the park. I am pleased to have Brig Henry Isoke present & have handed over individuals involved in exploiting investors to Anti Corruption Unit - State House Uganda.

Contrary to common assumptions, majority of investors in Namanve industrial park - 60% to be exact - are local investors as witnessed by all here at the KIBP Baraza this morning.
I commend former traders like the ones in Kikuubo who've made the leap to become industrialists.
