Bowled over after a busy day juggling yesterday on all fronts and literally dreading today the-first of my last COW. To come home to such kindness and recognition of the enormity was so heart warming. Thank you Irene Ross W for making such a difference. The flowers are stunning

very bad news for the majority of children seen in mixed general hospitals. The politics will drive resources to adult ED along with blanket policies affecting kids services negatively in ill informed attempts to reduce adult waits even for those who shouldn't even be there.
