New pre-print from neureka researcher Celine Fox and the #PIPStudy demonstrates the effectiveness of iCBT in reducing anxious-depression and increasing metacognitive confidence in 649 participants, all assessed through remote, online methods!

Yesterday, I got to try what it's like to be a panellist and represented Neureka at an interesting discussion of music and 🧠 health. My work now is a bit detached from patient stories so it was very motivating to hear some.❤️
