On visit to Tops Supermarket in Buffalo, NY, at weekend to express solidarity with still grieving local community where 10 people were murdered in a racist attack in May 2022, I was very moved by sight of a local man reciting prayers and chanting at site of the massacre. R.I.P.

While in Buffalo, NY, I had opportunity to visit Tops supermarket in city's east side where a racist gunman killed ten people in a livestreamed massacre in May 2022. I was welcomed by by Zeneta Everhart, now a Council member whose son Zaire, though shot in the neck, survived. 💪

Was at First Shiloh Baptist Church Buffalo with Senator Tim Kennedy today & received warmest of welcomes from Pastor Staples. Outstanding preaching (with full rendition of Maya Angelou’s ‘Still I Rise’ thrown in for free) by returning preacher Rev Dr Leslie Braxton on Stamina & Stature.

My sainted mother is always happy when she hears I have been to church but does add that once in a while I should try a Catholic service. Perhaps when they can preach like this. Rev Dr Leslie Braxton at Buffalo’s First Shiloh Church. 🙌🙏
