I'm certain our story is just one of the many examples of The Truth Podcast giving support — as well as a major platform — to young and ambitious (and weird!) storytellers. There will never be another show quite like it, but I'm sure it's impact will be felt for years to come.

Neither Ian Coss nor myself had much experience in audio fiction when we started cooking up Newts!, yet Jonathan Mitchell was one of the very first people to jump onboard, offering countless rounds of feedback on our earliest script drafts all the way through post-production.

Been out of orbit doing the new parent thing and I'm just hearing that The Truth Podcast is ending. Absolutely gutted. Jonathan Mitchell & his team (s/o Cadence Mandybura!) have put out gem after gem, giving listeners a remarkable anthology of moving, hilarious, unexpected audio fiction.
