Today I participated at the climate change financing high-level round table & panel discussions with IMF's Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva & East African Community finance ministers and governors of central banks in Kigali, Rwanda. IMF’s Resilience &Sustainability Trust (RST) was the main focus.

At the roundtable btw IMF MD and regional finance ministers and central banks governors, Patrick Njoroge Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya said that Rwanda is an excellent pilot case because if the Resilience and Sustainability Trust works for Rwanda, it will work for the region.
