It may be noted that submission of AADHAAR in Form 6B is voluntary. No entry in electoral roll shall be deleted on the ground of non-submission of AADHAAR. This has already been explained here :

This, I am afraid, is insufficient. Spokesperson ECI must also clarify if BLOs have been given any Aadhaar linking targets, or incentives. Or if there are other consequences such as demands of explanations or reprimands visited upon BLOs who don't push people to link.

Very important #thread on exclusions due to #Aadhaar . And its not just in rations, in pensions, MNREGA wages, EPF, in several kinds of welfare schemes. These are entitlements of citizens, not charity by Govt. GoI is responsible for each loss of life due to arbitrary denial.
